It's a circle shape (or big loop) and made from a hand dyed yarn in a lovely shades of bright pink, orange, red & purple. This is a big neckwarmer or cowl in a mobius strip design - basically a circle with a twist. It's made from 2 one-of-a-kind skeins of handspun, hand dyed yarn. It's a beautiful combination of taupe, beige, pink & crimson red. Soft with interesting texture.The cowl measures approximately 20" wide & 38" around. Due to the height, it easily covers the head to make a hood & also can twist in interesting ways. Lots of way to wear this one. Yarn spun from merino & falkland wools. (fineena)

How do you pack a million memories in one soft and cozy package? Remember that mariachi band march through the streets of Austin? Who can forget Wolf Blitzer's tone-deaf insistence to a tornado victim that surely she MUST thank God she is okay, only to have her reply, "Actually, I'm an atheist" ? Or, for North Carolinians, it is a treasured memory when our General Assembly tried to tack on women's clinic restrictions into a bill on motorcycle safety, giving progressives the golden opportunity to create the "Motorcycle Vagina" meme.

Yes, all these and logos from many causes close to our hearts are sewn into this lap-size tee shirt blanket.I have been collecting these shirts for years, and they are all never-worn collectibles, including a cooler-than-cool Netroots Nation Volunteer shirt. Some I acquired by making donations, so it is hard to calculate a cash value. Stored in my home, which is pet-free, smoke-free(okay, we burn some sage but no tobacco), and then sent to the lovely small business, Project RePat here in North Carolina.

These nice folks added a super-soft fleece backing to make this a durable, wonderful treasure of progressive causes. This blanket can be washed normally and is sewn very well(I am a quilter - trust me on this!) and belongs in the home of some generous progressive who will enjoy it!
